This is a project that was spearheaded by Max Tegmark, one of my personal favourite physicists. It’s a news aggregator website that allows you to see what people with different political stances are seeing as their news headlines - all tunable with a sliding bar.
This raises an interesting question for how people who are distrustful of the healthcare system come to reinforce these views through the media they consume. Tools like these provide an insight into the differing media landscape and how this influences peoples perceptions of events like the pandemic. As an illustrative example, here are the top headlines for a ‘far right, institutionally critical’ consumer of the news.
