Habitat for Humanity Is Using 3D Printing to Build Affordable Houses

Maybe a solution to our own housing problems?

The 3D printed house cost 15 percent less to build than wood-frame houses, and construction took just three months from start to finish.

I have wondered why we don’t do this Eileen. The answer I got back was that there is still a lot of work involved in accommodating the plumbing, electrical, etc. TBH that all seems easily taken into account in the design. I wasn’t convinced that was an excuse!

Interesting, maybe some resistance somewhere?
