Great assessment of the need to understand the problem and the limitations of the “build it and they will come” approach.
The problem is …there are so many problems - for the patients, and the multiple layers of the health workforce. Even grasping the problem space is hard…but its better to start than not.

I think the article speaks to the value proposition of including frontline service providers in developing solutions - as well as the public and patients as this should help ensure problems are actually solved.
