    Where does the statistic of 15% of eMental Health apps that meet minimum standards pertain to the regulations set by government in the country of the app publisher?

Is there a global accreditation or license that can be applied to the 15%?

If NZ’s framework is only just being rolled out, what have we been benchmarking our own resources against?
