You gotta love the name for a sleep app. Any thoughts on this?
It looks intriguing. As you say, a great name. However, I’m not sure that I’d be keen on wearing the head-torchesque EEG band during my normal working day. In the operating theatre I might get away with it (people wear all kinds of crazy stuff in there), but less so in the office eh?
Totally agree! I thought the headband concept was a bit odd.
I did quite a bit of research on consumers’ perception of wearing EEGs… I found that unless there is huge, visible benefit to their health and wellbeing, people are unlikely to wear it.
Drowzee is the name of a Pokémon. It has psychic powers and eats dreams!
EEG wearables are featuring everywhere now but this solution is so clunky not sure that I would personally use it. Lots of other sleep app helpers around now so not sure about value proposition. One of the most elegant EEG wearables is Exsurgo’s. Currently used to retrain the brain around pain management but no doubt could give insights into dreams if Richard Little and his crew decide to go that way. Cheers
