Companies Are Failing in Their Efforts to Become Data-Driven

A sobering article about where we are really at but still some lesson in there for us all to learn from.

According to a recent survey.

Not too surprising, but a bit depressing.

When I was at EY, this article did the rounds (written by an EY person). It turns out a significant part of the reason analytics isn’t making more of an impact is that it shows up poor executive decision making.

Essentially C-suite leaders gang up on analytics leads for telling the truth about performance leading to turnover and vacancies in analytics leadership roles.
