I think there is an interesting workforce gap and we don’t have any clinicians in our cyber team in the northern region. Nor do we have any women!
The team here has access to training and will support people with no cyber background, but with a health sector background, to upskill and become cyber experts. This field is increasing in demand and there is a global workforce shortage.
