what an excellent example of a digital solution for clinical workflow barriers to telehealth! As one of the first telehealth clinic users, as a registrar, in BOP about 10 years ago, it was clear that workflow was the issue . . . end-users were happy, but it was the scheduling and figuring out the mixed-model (in-person and remote appointments within one clinic’s list) that was the significant barrier.
So, this is great news!!! I look forward to seeing more video-telehealth consults occurring . . .
