# :android: 🍎 How to add the Discourse forum as an icon on your Android device's home screen

You can very easily create a Home Screen shortcut for [Discourse](https://discourse.org) on your Android device, here’s how:

The [Discourse](https://discourse.org) web application is fully responsive, meaning it automatically adjusts itself for mobile sized devices. That means that when you’re using the [Discourse](https://discourse.org) app you still have the full power of the ‘desktop’ app (it’s the same app!) - so anything you can do on Desktop you can do on mobile.

You can do the same thing using different browsers eg Firefox, and I’m told you can achieve the same thing on iOS as well, however I don’t have access to an iOS device to create a screencast for you!
